Functional Fitness (HIIT) Group Class

Exercises that support the strength portion

This is where we sweat! The later portion of every class consists of a metcon, or HIIT segment. We get our heart rates up and introduce additional exercises that support the strength portion of the day. 
 
On a squat day, you will see things like walking lunges, air squats, and the assault bike. On an upper body day, you will see things like push-ups, pull-ups, farmers carries, and rowing.
