Looking for a place to CrossFit in Knoxville

We love nothing more than having visitors from other boxes come in and train with us!
If you are just passing through, here are your options to attend:

• Drop-in fee of $ 20 per day 
• Week-long punch pass for $50

If you have experience, we offer Open Gym access where you can follow your own programming, or do the class programming. Please visit our schedule page or contact us if you have more questions.
